CSS 2026 Study Plan – July to January

This is a smart, focused 7-month CSS 2026 preparation plan for a B.A. graduate. The plan
covers Compulsory and Optional subjects, with a balance of theory, practice, and revision to
help you stay on track and manage your time effectively.

📅 Month-Wise Study Plan


 July:

Finalize optional subjects, start English (grammar, précis), Dawn editorial reading, begin
Political Science + Gender Studies.

 August:

Start Pakistan Affairs, Islamiat, Sociology; continue Essay writing (1 per week), English
practice, and Dawn reading.

 September:

Begin Current Affairs + General Science & Ability (GS&A), start U.S. History, revise Political
Science.

 October:

Complete all optional subjects by mid-month, begin solving past papers, mock essay and
précis every week.

 November:

Focus on revision, past papers, and timed full paper practice (at least 3 per week).

 December:

Continue revision, mock interviews, memorization of facts, and polishing weak areas.

 January:

Final revision, simulate full exam papers, review notes, and maintain confidence and health.
