No use to complain about the service, because there ain't any.
If I could, I would not even have given YTD a single star.
I subscribed to YTD Pro, because I often want to download more than one URL simultaneously. Since March-April this year, I have been battling to do just that. I have complained to them several times per month since then, but it seems like they are just not interested, in providing me with ANY kind of assistance. If I copy more than one URL to the list on YTD Pro, the first one downloads without any problems, but the second one fails constantly. When I copy the second one to YTD Pro on it's own, it downloads without any problems. It does not matter how many, or how few, URL's I copy to download on YTD Pro. Every single time, only the first one downloads and NOTHING more. I am tired of complaining to YTD support, because I can just as well talk to a brick wall.
Once they came back to me and said I should check the firewall on my laptop. There was nothing wrong - YTD Pro was not "blacklisted" there.
