This looks like a spam. I understand "renovate" is an open-source project, but the PR is completely useless because it adds no CI or build rules that would make use of this "renovate". And apparently such useless PR was sent to dozens or hundreds of projects simultaneously.

I don't see any way to mark PR as spam though, does anyone know?

I accidentally ran the Renovate CLI, resulting in PRs being opened across all repositories where I have permissions. Closing them now.
