Updating the react dependencies and add version 16.x also to the peer dependencies.

Updating the react dependencies and add version 16.x also to the
peer dependencies.
The PR for issue 75 has conflicts and the prop-type and test suite stuff has been already merged in the past. So only the dependency is left to be react 16.x compatible.
