rule.type === 'rule'
Also why are we moving away from
walkRules
if we then check forrule.type === 'rule'

walkRules
doesn't walk overatrule

Sorry, I believed I had responded to this comment. Yes, it's because
atrule
types were not being traversed bywalkRules
.
