ID3 Album art sometimes comes out missing its MIME type

Description

When downloading with the Cover Art -> Save in tags setting, album covers saved in ID3 end up without any MIME type attached. Some media players require the MIME type to be able to show the art. One notable example where this is a problem is with FFMPEG.

This seems like a duplicate of #349. @Otiel, could you please fix this?

@Otiel Could you please fix this? Please at least add the image/jpeg MIME type when the option Convert to JPG is checked.

Or is there any quick workaround for this to set the MIME type of the embedded cover? Other than having to extract it, delete the old one and add the new one in MP3tag?
