Is there an example of this posted anywhere?

i think that would be a nice addition to this. If not, I may put one together.

Also, as I understand it, these are the four files required on client-side for this to work right:
jquery.ui.widget.js
iframe-transport.js
jquery.fileupload.js
jquery.js

Is that right?
