update recent jquery-file-upload library with examples

Hi I make example codes

while I test this code, i have problem. code does not work...
some code change, I find it in jquery-file-upload library.

I try my best but this patches are poor :(
please make better one

and I add simple example but use it in production

i try using this module, and implement with minimal setup.

but i try to console.log "data" when uploaded is "done" i dont get anything. and file success uploaded.

any can help about it?

@Aredo umm check a module version. v0.0.8 does not works

I'm trying to integrate the module (server-side) with HTML similar to the jQuery File Upload demo page (client-side) and experiencing callback issues as well. I can't get a success response from the server despite the file uploading successfully. Would be great if there were more client-side code examples in the docs along with how to properly send res.send(fileInfo) back to the client.
