Add Photo Challenge Activity to app

Yes, this is something which we always wanted to add. Ref:

The feature would be a big task. Would it b=possible for you to document the smaller tasks for it.

There is difference between Commons challenges and Commons campaigns. Campaign support is planned for 2018. Challenges mentioned here have not been considered yet. The problem is that challenges are added manually (as a plain wikitext each month) and are thus probably difficult to access through an automatic approach.

@VojtechDostal Do you know if there is demand for having challenges in the app? At the most basic level, I imagine that we could just have a WebView to it linked in our About page (although of course that wouldn't be the most ideal way).

@misaochan it seems to me that the challenges are not very popular with the Commons community. With so many other contests and campaigns I am not surprised. Check the number of uploads per challenge.

I know that sometimes, the app allows the map to show current challenges, I remember a recent 'Wikipedia- England' one, or something similar. Has the above functionality now been incorporated?

November's challenges had 300+ submissions, most of good quality. So app support is not unreasonable.

We can actually probably reuse the campaigns feature for this.
