Categories are not set #1809

Steps to reproduce:

Upload a picture via the in-app "Gallery" button
Enter title/description and a few categories
File is uploaded, but it is uncategorized

Reproduced in the last 3 files I uploaded.

Add System logs:
Here is the log that appears when I press Save after selecting a category. It seems that no request is sent for the categories, and all requests seen here seem to be for loading the "My Recent Upload" activity that shows up afterward:

Thanks for creating the issue, @nicolas-raoul , I am experiencing the same issue too. Previously there have been issues with categories, but recently it seems they are ALL consistently not set.

I checked out the commit above and uploaded https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:State_library_of_Victoria_3.jpg with 1 category ("State library of Victoria"). Will see if the category ever goes through, haha.
