Skip tutorial button moves with screen in landscape mode

**Summary:** 

#1945 fixes this for portrait mode, but landscape was left out.

How can we reproduce the issue?
1. Use landscape mode
2. Enter tutorial
3. Move between 'pages'

What did you expect the app to do, and what did you see instead?
Expected: Button to not move between page swipes
