Language list in app language setting are not alphabetically sorted and hard to find things. It should be sorted.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to settings and try to edit default app language.

@neslihanturan: It is sorted according to the number of users (or something like this, I don't remember exactly). On one hand, I think it kind of makes sense to have the most-often chosen languages at the top from an efficiency point of view. On the other hand, it could be considered as a kind of systemic bias (making the app more difficult to use for users of less-common languages, thus leading to less content creation by them, vicious circle).

If we chose to sort this list alphabetically, let's make sure the same order is used in Default description language and in the Upload Wizard's Media Details dropdown.

Sorry for being late on this one. Before implementing this, we need to implement language search (#4543) and language history (#45434), otherwise it would heavily inconvenience most users. Therefore, I think this issue should only be labeled "good first issue" after the two enhancements above are implemented. Thank you for your understanding!
