Permanent "uploading file" notification even though file has already been uploaded #4547
Description
Summary:
One of my files (uploaded through Nearby) was uploaded successfully, but the Android notification did not disappear. It remains at full progress bar forever, until I restarted my phone.
Steps to reproduce:
Not sure what makes some files do this and some not.
Device and Android version:
Samsung Galaxy S20FE Android 11
Commons app version:
ProdDebug. I noticed this issue while testing #4423 but that was rebased on master quite recently and should not have modified the upload workflow.
