If description contains "360", add {{Pano360}}

360 degrees panoramas can be marked with the {{Pano360}} template, which enables specific features.

Example usage: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Binsfeldsee_Panorama.jpg&action=edit

When the description contains the string "360", we could:

1. Ask the uploader Is this picture a 360 degrees panorama? with answers Yes and No
2. If yes, add {{Pano360}} after the description

Low priority as the wikis do not currently use that many 360 panoramas-specific features (most are used like normal pictures).
