Upload Wizard does not correctly remove info taken from misclicked "Is it a picture of X?"

When uploading this Sakura Stage picture, the app asked me whether it was a picture of Shibuya River, and I mistakenly tapped Yes.

I corrected the caption/description/depiction/category in the upload wizard to remove any reference to Shibuya River, but problem: in the uploaded picture a mention of Shibuya River subsists:

Not sure, but at least there are some circumstances where it happens.

Do I need to use Encylopedia-worthy images to test uploads on betaDebug?

Any picture is fine on betaDebug, no need to be encylopedia-worthy :-)
