Nearby: pin initially shown at wrong location

In the screencast below, the pin I first select shows label "Chofu South Gate Building" and is red.

At 0:33 I select the same pin again and it now shows label "Chofu Station" ane is green.

I started experiencing this issue a week or two ago I believe. I happens about once every 10 times I check Nearby, I would say.

We might have forgotten something when implementing "dateOfOfficialClosure" and "pointInTime" recently. Searching the code for "endTime" and comparing might be helpful.
