Facilitate backend resolution of Nearby "Report a problem" (such as "does not exist anymore") reports, maybe with a template?

In Nearby, app users can mark a pin as "does not exist anymore", "is at a difference place", etc.

The idea is that other volunteers on desktop (let's call them backend volunteers) will then perform a deeper investigation, and fix the item if necessary.

We already have at least 60 such reports, examples:

Problems for backend volunteers:

• It is not easy to find these reports.
• I have not found any way to filter out the reports I have already actionned.

Proposed solution:

• In the text our app adds to the talk pages, include a template such as {{app-report-todo}} that backend volunteers can search for.
• When a backend volunteers solves a report, they modify the template to {{app-report-done}} so that it does not appear anymore in the search above.
