[Bug]: Some strings in the language search dialog are hardcoded

Summary

Some strings in the language search dialog are hardcoded in English and can't be translated.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start uploading a file.
2. Tap "en" in the uploading dialog (or another language code, if you use a different language).

Expected behaviour

The labels "Type Language Name" and "All Languages" must appear on translatewiki for translation, and should appear in the user's language.

Actual behaviour

The labels "Type Language Name" and "All Languages" appear in English, no matter which language you're using.

In addition, these strings don't appear on translatewiki.
