[Bug]: .SVG files are not displayed

Summary

Commons App does not display .svg files, although it does manage to upload them (but after upload again complains that "File not found. Please try another file."

Seems to be further degradation from #3682

Steps to reproduce

1. open .svg file in gallery (where it is displayed normally) - e.g. this one
2. share it to Commons app
3. note the file is not displayed (not on main screen, nor in Edit image)
4. continue and upload file
5. commons app complains "File not found. Please try another file."
6. check in web browser and see that file got uploaded fine (E.g. here)

Expected behaviour

• in step 3., SVG image should be visible (both on main screen and preferably in Edit image)
• there should not be complaint in step 5.

Actual behaviour

• in step 3. only black screen is visible, and not the image
• there are complaints in step 5.

Samsung Galaxy S23+

Android version

Android 15 (stock Samsung, but degooglified)

Commons app version

6.2.1 F-droid (but also recent master 6.3.0-debug-HEAD-a8dcb12)
