When I upload a picture from Times Square, it should show me Category:Times Square and Category:Broadway and a few others nearby.

I would then select the correct one.

We will have to find an API that gives us nearby categories, or at least nearby files, from which we can get categories that might be relevant.

Times Square has a {{Object location|40.75773|-73.985708}} but it seems that most categories don't have one, even geographical categories (example: Montgelasplatz 1).

There does not seem to be an easy way to distinguish geographical categories from other categories (such as "2012 in New York City")
