As the documentation has been moved from the wiki to the documentation repo, mention the documentation repo in the guideline instead of the Wiki page.

As the documentation has been moved from the wiki to the documentation repo,
mention the documentation repo in the guideline instead of the Wiki page.
PS: I noticed this and thus fixed it. I'm not sure if there are other such references that need similar updation.
