The summary should be in English at this point. Picking Russian might be due to the character count being done on the UTF-8 data and not the unicode string.
Interesting that none of the major search engines give a good snippet for www.wikipedia.org. Not sure what would be the ideal solution here? DMOZ has an entry for en.wikipedia.org but not www. Maybe we should use the first sentence from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia !
