We need the ability to search and select a replica from the UI #383
Description
Right now you need to know your magic replica string, we have ~120 replica dbs at the moment.
It'd be nice if there was a command palette implementation where you could do action "Change replica", and it lists all the replicas, and you can fuzzy-find search the list results.
This would also require a toolshed endpoint on /api/storage/memory to support listing the various replicas.
