Integration tests for Safari

We want to support specifically Safari iOS, bonus points for Safari desktop. We should setup our integration tests to also run in Safari.

Bonus points if our deno-web-test browser unit tests can also target Safari.

Astral mentions supporting Safari bindings in their readme in addition to CDP, though last updated 2 years ago

• Chrome and Firefox implement CDP (and WebDriver BiDi)
• Safari supports WebDriver BiDi
• Astral uses CDP, supported by Chrome, Firefox
• Puppeteer (non-Deno) uses CDP, and the newer WebDriver BiDi, though CDP features are larger and even though Firefox/Chrome support WebDriver BiDi, CDP is used in most cases.
• Selenium supports WebDriver BiDi/Safari, but has no plans on supporting Deno runtime.
• Experiments in exposing Safari via CDP of yesteryear are no longer relevant.
