General request: Add source maps

It would be useful to add jQuery's source maps within the repository. The minified jQuery versions refer to their respective source maps anyway so I don't really see a reason why not to include them in the component.
Also I haven't found any discussion about that.

Please PR if you have time (1.10 branch too - I didn't notice it on your first PR, which is my I manually merged).
I'm afraid I won't be able to tag before 6PM tomorrow however (in 18h) since I'm away, unless Github's new release stuff allows for web tagging.

the 1.10.2 tag needs to be rewritten. I'm still away (and will be for the weekend), so I'd appreciate if you could tag them or add @drublic as a maintainer.
