"More info" anchor for "exception or limitation" does not match between deed(.en) & faq

Reproduction

1. Open -sa/4.0/deed.en#ref-exception-or-limitation
2. Follow link to More info
3. See error, not ending up at More info

Expectation

The link to be More info, or the wiki page not to redirect and contain the appropriate text.
