Description

Run the workflow hourly. Also ups the action version to 0.0.6β which fixes the API abuse problems.

Technical details

The new implementation adds the issue to the project first, and uses the response to determine if the issue was already in that particular project. This eliminates the need to pull in every single card from the project when adding the new cards.

@kgodey to work around GitHub abuse detection, the action first adds the issue to Active Sprint (to check if it can be added, and is thus not already present in the project), then deletes it and adds it to the Backlog. It creates two entries in the activity but works perfectly fine otherwise:
