...makes the questions much more concise, but does come with the assumption that the person utilizing the Chooser understands the terms to begin with. The "Confused?" section does expand a bit more, but it has been suggested that there might be ways to explore that could add more in-context meta information to better inform during the Q/A process closer the point of direct user interaction through the form stepper

Alternatives

Leave it as is. The primary goal of the chooser is to choose a license, and additional information can be gleaned from the Help section, or through links to other areas involving the CC licenses.
