Decreased padding-bottom in step header and padding-top in stepper from 8px to 4px
Increased font-size from 16px to 18px

The ticket has to do with the mobile styles, not the desktop, so, could you please revert the changes that you've made to Stepper and StepHeader for normal styles, and add them for max-width: 768px?
We also need to add the following styles here:
