Add new social media box to the form

Can we have hyperlinks to anything that we can link from the form? (Such as social media links, interest to the chapter field, the name of the vouchers?)

What about something like: Tell us more about you: [and a small text box to add twitter, linkedin, personal site, FB, GitHub, wiki.]
