Vouch request: glitch on page

Hi!

I'm trying to respond to a vouch request for a new network member application but the page doesn't give me the option to click on the request.

After clicking on "Actions" and "vouching requests" none of the options listed are active. I cannot click on "Vouch," "Vouching" or "Current Vouch Requests."

I also get directed to the same page from the email notification about the vouching request.
