Link missing in email to vouchers

When a voucher is asked to clarify their vouching statement on an application, the email which is generate by the system is lacking a link to the application and prevents the vouchers from expanding their statement.

I went through the code and found a syntax error in the email format on the WordPress backend.
Now it works ok.
