Change country information box to something less tricky

Description

The old country information box seems to be a little bit tricky, specially with tiny countries, so I changed the way it shows the information.
I added a mousemove event which shows only the country name in a tiny tooltip who follows the mouse pointer and a click event as well who shows all the information with the link to the chapter page itself
here's an example:
