Description

Add staff migrate script and misc improvements

• Add staff_migrate.sh
  • This script can only be run by Creative Commons (CC) staff--it requires shell access to the production server
  • Import WordPress production data
    • Rsync resumes so subsequent pulls are fast
    • DB export/import is significantly faster than WXR and includes more configuration data
      • wp_users and wp_usermeta are excluded from export
  • Local Docker dev support complete, staging server support pending
• Update setup-wordpress.sh to uninstall hello plugin
• Remove PATCH from WordPress version (6.3.1 ➡️ 6.3)
