Technical details

1. GCS fetch was performed locally due to GitHub Action servers being on a deny list
2. Process command

   pipenv run ./scripts/2-process/gcs_process.py --enable-save

3. Report complex command

   rm -f data/2025Q1/README.md data/2025Q1/3-report/gcs_*
   pipenv run ./scripts/3-report/gcs_report.py --enable-save \
       && echo \
       && pipenv run ./scripts/3-report/notes.py --enable-save
