Description

added configuration to discard non-CC emails on staging hosts

Tests

I checked /var/log/mail.log and the appropriate recipient mailboxes to confirm delivery details.

I also confirmed that SaltStack ran the appropriate commands (postmap) and restarted the appropriate service (postfix) when the state was applied.
