[Functionality] Specimen scaffold media is not generalized

Problem

The images used within index-prototype are not all adequately generalized.

Several images are also missing as there are not generalized images present yet.

Description

As vocabulary pulls from that as its first implementation case vocabulary needs to adopt better norms here that can then cascade down to index-prototype or other implementations.

The use of images for items such as profile pictures, article images, etc. need to better be generalized, but also be representative of actual in-production cases.
