MUNGE bootstrap module needed #17
Description
The 9nbd module added in nfsroot-3.24 bootstraps MUNGE.
MUNGE bootstrap should be a separate module, for example to be used by
a 9pfs module.
The MUNGE module should also handle keys stored on local storage such as a USB
flash device.
Finally, the MUNGE module should pass the key into the pivoted system somehow
so it need not appear on the network twice.
