Added optional multi-character placeholder. Single character placeholders are applied to the applicable character positions.

These changes allow for a placeholder such as MM/YY on a mask of 99/99, providing more information for the user on the values to be entered. |

There are bugs when its partially filled. I'll fix them then submit a new pull request. |
Correct bug when shifting left.
Added optional shift right/left settings to toggle the shifting of characters on edits before the last character entered.
