- Run black and flake8 on entire source directory, like isort. This removes the need to copy and paste a list of directories around to each command. - Consistently target Python 3.5 on all black commands, was previously sometimes Python 3.4. - Update black to recently release version and apply formatting changes. - Remove unnecessary flake8 dependency for tox target "style". Flake8 is handled by target "flake8".
