Missing entries in the 2.4.0 changelog

2.4.0 againist 2.3.1, commits list: v2.3.1...v2.4.0

Support for Django 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 and Python 3.12, 3.13 are added in 2.4.0 release, but only Django 5.0 and Python 3.12 is mentioned in the release notes. What should be the way to fix this? Should we update the release notes?
