Set ignoreCase based on HTML standard #388
Description
Some attributes are case-insensitive in HTML: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/semantics-other.html#case-sensitivity-of-selectors
Unless we are in XML mode, the ignoreCase attribute should use this list to automatically infer case-insensitivity for attributes.
