Remove coffeescript implementation

I want to remove the coffeescript file and only keep the js and min js files. Would love to hear if there are any objections.

I have none. It does not affect me as I do not use CoffeeScript, but usually when I see CS and JS files, the JavaScript is the main script and the JavaScript is generated by it. Clearly this is not the case, and, IIRC, the CoffeeScript version was never published on cdnjs.
