Allow jquery.scrollbar to be imported using CommonJS (i.e.
require()) syntax, as per http://wiki.commonjs.org/wiki/Modules/1.1.This allows me to include your library using npm and webpack.
I used https://jscompress.com/ to minify the JS file.
