Renamed the project, resolved some dependencies which were only held at IA. This did involve updating the code very slightly, as one of the dependant classes had moved package.

@egh Yes, just a few upstream changes that crept in between the original fork and my updates. IIRC, it was necessary to pull them in to get things working while we are in the mixed state (e.g. still depending on H3 SNAPSHOT). Can you merge this pull request? |

This set of changes switches the groupId's over the org.netpreserve.*, moves to publicly available artefacts, and uses the Sonatype repository so we can push the outputs to Maven central easily. It also configures Travis-CI for continuous integration.
