Doesn't work on mobile chrome

Drop and Drag doesn't work on both mobile chrome and android browser. In the age of Mobile First, this plugin won't come handy unless it is fixed and made compatible to touch devices.

This might be a 'touch' related bug, I have the same thing, plus also on Firefox mobile. When you begin to drag an item, the placeholder moves and stays in the upper right corner of the container.

I was experiencing this same issue. To fix it, I added detection of touch offsets to the "dragInit" and "getPointer" functions by using e.originalEvent.touches[0].pageX and e.originalEvent.touches[0].pageY

I also was getting non-touch related error's relating to containers/grouping when using the non-minified code, however the minified code was working fine. So I took the minified code and added in the detected for touch events and everything appears to be working in Android Chrome and iOS Safari.

I tested the fix with chrome dev-tools mobile emulation and it works. Could you guys please verify? Thanks

If the demo has been updated, then it doesn't seem to work in my Chrome on Android (which is one version behind). Wherever I drop the li, it appears before the first element.

Deleted my earlier comment about this working on Android mobile Chrome as I’d forgotten I’d already switched to using another jquery plugin (Sortable https://github.com/RubaXa/Sortable ) due to this issue with jquery-sortable.

The example on github.io hasn't been updated, yet. This will be updated on the next release.

You should be able to test it locally with the current master.
