Listview - remove hover/focus on read-only items

Hi,

I'm not sure if someone already noted this already. But when we have a listview and a li is not clickable its very nice to see the 'clickable' arrow disappear.

But the mouse onmouseover still shows like its clickable. I think its a very small detail but I think it should be fixed.

I added this to my CSS to fix it:

  cursor: default;
}
