dialog: don't include in history tracking

it's very confusing to open a dialog, hit cancel, then hit back. you think you'll go back to the previous page but it opens the dialog. should work like select. might be cool to offer a data-historytrack="true" option if you wanted to opt in for a dialog.

I think in order to implement this, we'll need to move most of the logic in the hashchange event handler over to the changePage function. That way, hashchange will simply update the urlStack and call changePage, passing a "to" argument that may be a URL or jQuery reference.

I strongly agree. Excluding dialogs from history would be a better user experience.
