Page transitions missing - must preload Ajax pages before transitioning

Right now, we're not seeing many of the transitions because the new page isn't fully loaded before transitioning. We need to fully load and enhance the page before starting the transition.

Hmm. I see the issue but I'm not sure this is the cause. The changepage transition is called after the page is injected into the Dom (post-Ajax response success). Maybe it has do do with all the enhancements running right then (which only happens on first request).
Maybe we could try moving changepage into that page's pagecreate callback. Though I'm pretty sure it's all synchronous so not sure if that'd help...

Ah, I'm just testing this now and it appears to have gotten worse in the past couple of days. Before then, I had seen this occur on iOS, but not on the desktop. Now it's present in Chrome as well.

Oddly, I don't think it happened before with slide transitions (links off the homepage used to slide just fine). Now it seems to affect all transitions.

Despite the regression, maybe all this consistency is a good thing for finding a fix.

Narrowed down first-load transition issue to ui-loading class.
Removed a selector from overflow rule that seemed to be a bit overreaching. Closed by ea98a98
