A label tag wrapping a checkbox triggers a DOM_HIERARCHY_ERR in the checkboxradio _create.

Edit: happens on all browsers I've tried. Desktop chrome and firefox on Kubuntu 11.10 and android browsers on ICS (android browser, chrome for android, and firefox)

edit: this was in response to a since deleted comment that input tags are not valid inside labels. One of the examples in the linked rec uses that pattern and calls it implicit association of a label with a control element.
